The different dishes in our menu are elaborated with the very best of ingredients. Our chef, Adela Besterios, travels to Asturias to choose herself the fabes (beans) to please even the most exigent of palates. The selected product is cultivated exclusively for Casa Hortensia Restaurant. Her fabes need over 5 hours to be adequately prepared and presented.

Our desserts are cooked daily with great care in order to achieve that very home-made taste that characterises all of our food.
